  4. Conditions of Use
    4.1. The Client agrees to provide accurate information about their personal preferences and style.
    4.2. Prices and conditions for services may be changed by the “Stylist” by informing the Client in advance.
  5. Mechanism of Operation / Functioning of the Service Rights and Obligations of the Parties
    5.1. The “Stylist” undertakes to provide professional services in creating an image, consulting, and styling at a high level.
    5.2. The Client agrees to follow the “Stylist’s” recommendations and pay the cost of services according to the agreement.
  6. Copyright Confidentiality
    6.1. Copyright for the created images, consultations, and styling belongs to the “Stylist.”
    6.2. Information provided by the Client to the “Stylist” is considered confidential and is not disclosed to third parties.
  7. Protection of Personal Data
    7.1. The collection and processing of personal data of the Client are carried out in accordance with the law and provisions of the Privacy Policy.
  8. Liability. Disclaimers. Dispute Resolution
    8.1. The “Stylist” is not liable for any consequences of the Client’s use of advice, recommendations, or services.
    8.2. Any disputes and discrepancies are resolved through negotiations between the Parties.
  9. Final Provisions or Other Terms
    9.1. This Public Offer is a public document and is considered accepted by the Client from the moment of accepting the services of the “Stylist.”
    9.2. Any changes or additions to this Public Offer are effective only after written confirmation by the Parties.
    This Public Offer comes into effect from the date of its publication on Sergei Zima’s website and remains in force until revoked or changed.
